We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

Product descriptions, specifications, and fitment information are provided for general reference and may be based on information supplied by manufacturers or distributors. Product images are provided for reference only and may differ from the actual product due to manufacturer changes, packaging updates, lighting, or photographic limitations; actual color, finish, and included accessories may vary.

You are solely responsible for verifying that any part or accessory is compatible with your specific vehicle — including make, model, year, trim, engine size, and VIN — before ordering and before installation. We are not responsible for parts that do not fit or function as expected due to a failure to verify fitment. Contact us before purchasing if you would like help confirming fitment.

Pricing and Order Acceptance

All prices are subject to change without notice and do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling charges, which are calculated and displayed at checkout. Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell.

We reserve the right to cancel any order, in whole or in part — even after it has been confirmed or your payment method has been charged — if we discover a pricing, typographical, or listing error, or if we are unable to verify or fulfill the order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unavailable inventory. If we cancel an order after your payment method has been charged, we will issue a full refund for the cancelled portion.

Certain manufacturers whose products we sell maintain Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies. Where applicable, we comply with these manufacturer requirements and may be unable to publicly advertise certain products below the manufacturer's minimum advertised price.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

Manufacturer Warranties

Some products may include a warranty provided by the manufacturer. Any manufacturer warranty is subject to the manufacturer's own terms and claims process. Except where required by law, Johnny K's Powersports does not provide any additional product warranty (see our Warranty Policy).

Secure Shopping

We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect your payment and personal information during checkout. All transactions on johnnyksparts.com are processed through Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant checkout system.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Johnny K's Powersports, its employees, and affiliates harmless from any claim, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

The Services may link to third-party websites that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site, and linking to a site does not imply our endorsement of it.

Communications

By providing your phone number or email address, you agree that Johnny K's Powersports may contact you about your orders, account, and — where you have opted in — marketing and promotional offers. You are not required to consent to marketing communications to make a purchase.

Intended Audience

This website is intended for use by adults. It is not directed to, and should not be used by, children under the age of 13.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced here, constitute the entire agreement between you and Johnny K's Powersports regarding your use of the Services.

 

Johnny K's Powersports takes steps to protect our customers and our business from fraudulent transactions. This policy explains how we screen orders.

Order Verification

We use industry-standard tools, including address verification (AVS) and card verification, to help confirm that orders are legitimate. Orders that are flagged as potentially high-risk may be held for additional review.

Additional Verification

For certain orders, we may request additional information to verify your identity or payment method, such as a photo ID or a billing statement showing the name and address on the order. We may delay, cancel, or decline to process an order until this verification is complete.

Cancelling Suspicious Orders

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or unauthorized, and to report suspected fraud to payment processors, financial institutions, or law enforcement as appropriate.

Johnny K's Powersports sells parts and accessories manufactured by third parties. This policy explains how product warranties work for items purchased on johnnyksparts.com.

Manufacturer Warranties

Many of the products we sell include a warranty provided by the manufacturer, not by Johnny K's Powersports. Manufacturer warranties are governed entirely by the manufacturer's own terms, conditions, and claims process, including the length of coverage and what is or is not covered.

Our Role

We are happy to help point you toward the correct manufacturer warranty process and provide your proof of purchase if needed. Decisions about whether a warranty claim is approved, and the resolution of that claim, are made by the manufacturer — not Johnny K's Powersports.

No Additional Warranty

Except where required by applicable law, Johnny K's Powersports does not provide any warranty beyond the manufacturer's warranty, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

What's Not Covered

Unless the manufacturer's warranty terms specifically state otherwise, labor charges for diagnosis, removal, or installation are not covered.

Used, opened, or previously installed parts are generally not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

Proof of Purchase

A copy of your order confirmation or receipt is required to support a manufacturer warranty claim. Contact us at orders@johnnyks.com if you need help locating your order information.
